YOGA CLASS
We offer Yoga training classes for students on every Wednesday. Yoga is a mind-body practice that has been shown to have many benefits for children, including:

- Increased self-awareness and body coordination

- Boosted self-esteem and confidence
Our yoga classes are taught by experienced and certified yoga instructor who are passionate about teaching children the benefits of yoga. Classes are designed to be fun and engaging, and are appropriate for all levels of experience.

Yoga classes are held every Wednesday from 2:50 PM to 4:00 PM. Classes are open to all students, regardless of their experience level.
